The website provides general information about SureSite services. It is not legal advice, mine approval, or a substitute for the contractor's own statutory responsibilities.
No service begins until the scope, price, delivery date, assumptions and payment terms are confirmed in writing. Starting prices on the website are not fixed quotations.
The free audit is an initial readiness review of the readable documents supplied through the website. It may identify visible gaps, expiry risks, structure problems and scope mismatches, but it is not a full legal or technical compliance audit. The 24-hour target applies on business days after the required documents are readable and complete. Weekend and public-holiday submissions begin on the next business day. SureSite may ask for replacement or missing documents before the review period begins.
The client must provide accurate, complete and valid information, sign documents that require its authority, obtain third-party certificates and inform SureSite of scope or mine-requirement changes.
SureSite does not control or guarantee approval, onboarding, permits or site access. Those decisions remain with the receiving mine or client.
Where included in the quotation, SureSite will correct errors in the file structure, index or documents prepared by SureSite at no extra charge within 30 days. The promise excludes changed scope, changed specifications, missing or invalid client evidence and third-party charges.
SureSite retains ownership of its underlying templates, systems and methods. The client may use paid deliverables for the agreed project and site.
Final limitations, dispute terms and governing law should be stated in the signed service agreement.
